Return Policy
At LE BRBR we accept returns for any reason and will issue a refund or store credit. All online purchases can be returned to our warehouse. Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To start your return, please fill in the form at Returns. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
Conditions
- All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original LE BRBR labels and tags must still be attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchange & Refund
We accept exchanges for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging. All return costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds and exchanges are only processed for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items submitted as faulty but showing damage not caused by a manufacturing defect will not be accepted. This includes accidental damage, wear and tear or misuse.
Once we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that processing times may vary. If you have already contacted your bank and still have not received your refund, please get in touch at info@lebrbr.com.
Standard Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lebrbr.com with your order number. Return costs for faulty items are covered by LE BRBR. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damage During Shipping
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive your package. Any damage caused during shipping must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@lebrbr.com with photos of the damage and your order number. Return costs for items damaged during shipping are covered by LE BRBR.
